Composition

• Ipamorelin: A selective pentapeptide (5 amino acids) with the sequence: Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2. It acts as a ghrelin mimetic and growth hormone secretagogue (GHS).

• CJC-1295 (usually without DAC): A tetrasubstituted 30-amino acid peptide. It is a modified analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH), specifically mimicking the 1–29 fragment of GHRH.

• Reconstitution Fluid: Typically provided as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder that requires Bacteriostatic Water or Sterile Water for injection.
